  • The amount of the credit memo or refund, is the price you paid for the item, less shipping costs and restocking fee if applicable. Shipping cost are not refundable unless the return/exchange is a result of our error.
  • We issue a credit to the MasterCard, VISA, or American Express account used in the original transaction. When paying by check, money order, or wire transfer, you’ll receive a refund check by mail.
  • Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card used fo the purchase. Upon receipt of your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your credit to be processed and posted.
  • Credits/Refunds will not be issued for damaged merchandise or if returned without an RMA number.
